Client Services Director
The North Shore Health Project, which provides case management,
holistic health care, and support services for those living with
HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C on the North Shore, is seeking candidates
for the position of Client Services Director.
The Health
Project offers a collegial atmosphere with a strong focus on
teamwork. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical and consumer
support services for 80+ clients from the North Shore and beyond.
He/she will supervise therapeutic volunteers and client-related
volunteer programs. The Client Services Director is responsible
for case management, Department of Public Health reporting,
and consumer social, nutrition, and education programs. The
candidate must have experience in public health, social services,
or related fields; familiarity with HIV, substance abuse, and
holistic therapies; and excellent organizational and computer
skills. College degree required; master’s degree, or
its equivalent, highly desirable.
This is a part-time position (25 hours/week) available now.
Salary commensurate with experience. Partial benefits including
access to professional trainings. The position will remain open
until a suitable candidate is identified.
